1500 Broadway

1500 Broadway is a 4-story structure that acts as the main entrance, feature wall, and signage for the highly sought-after Times Square location.

The new sign required more than 50 perforated panels, 18 of which were panels with multiple radii per panel. Each panel was needed all to achieve the unique curvature featured above the entryway.

To fabricate these panels, we needed to create a 3D surfaces model to identify the different radius required per panel. Ultimately, an 8' by 35' custom jig structure, fabricated to hold the panels' shape before installation.
